Negative Critique
One of my main problems with my negatives is that there is water spots on it but luckily i can take care of that. Most of mine are in focus but i feel like i didn't fill the fame it all of the pictures when i could have. My favorites are number eleven and number eight. They really aren't the best but i like them. They are focused and i really like them because they are cute. Number eleven has a cool lighting in the background and I'm curious to see what that's going to come out as and how it will look.

Stories, Emotion and Filling the Frame
Action and Emotion
This picture shows both action and emotion. The guitarist is playing while putting lots of emotion into the music. You can tell there is a glory of being onstage in front of a crowd preforming something that he created.
The Story
This pictures shows the everyday live of a high school student. How they rush to class and all the gossip being passed around. Everything is here thats in an actual high school hallway.

Inspiring Photo
I love this photo because of the way its glowing. It looks like it took time and you had to actually think about what to set the shutter speed to rather then just having the camera do it for you. It was part of the 2003 winners and I think that it deserved to win. It makes me want to go experiment with lighting and different speeds and apertures.

The Camera
Our pinhole cameras work similar to the SLR camera. Both have a shutter speed. On our pinhole cameras out shutter was the manila folder piece that we put over the pinhole. Also both cameras had an aperture. Ours was the pin whole that determined how much light was let in. Obviously the SLR cameras actually have lenses on them while ours didn't and SLRs have flashes on them. Inside of the pinhole camera there is no reflection on mirrors like there is in the SLR. With the pinhole the light reflects of objects onto the photo paper but with the SLR the light goes through a lens, iris diaphragm, and hits the mirror putting the image onto the film.
The pinhole camera and the SLR camera are very similar but obviously have their differences. They basically work the same way and do the same thing.

Pin hole photos
There arent any people in it though.
The wheel of the shopping cart is in focus while all of the fencing and trees in the background are out of focus.
There is a little bit of warping with the edges. The corners have more black then the rest of the image.
There isnt anyone or any action in the picture.
There isnt anything really in focus either but you can make out a building.
Its not really warped but it is a bit distorted because of the lines in the center.
